Great musician on Jonzing Records, Ruger is back with another
outstanding tune titled “Dior,” following his previous body of work titled “Pandemic EP.”
Michael Adebayo, better known as Ruger, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter.
He was born on September 23, 1999, in Lagos State, Nigeria, and was born and raised in his home state of Lagos.
In Lagos State, he also completed his primary and secondary education.
Ruger sprang to prominence on January 18, 2021, after D’Prince, Rema, and Don Jazzy took to social media to announce
his record agreement and welcome him to the Jonzing World record. Shortly after the announcement, his
followership on various social media platforms skyrocketed as fans speculated about what he had in store
and whether he would grow to be as large as, if not greater than, Rema, who was signed two years ago.
“Dior” is a new track from his newly released extended play “Second Wave.”
